RECKLESS NIGHT IN ROME: Book Review

Hello peeps, how was today (Sunday)? Mine was not funny at all o. This fuel scarcity no be am o. Imagine, no fuel and at the same time PHCN is doing their own madness.  For more than a week now no light for my area just because say we protested their over billing attitude. Anyway shaaa, make we discuss this book: "Reckless night in Rome".

Hot blooded Italian meets cool British lady and indignation mounts as sparks fly. Oya na,lets go to Rome...

Bronte Ludlow is still grieving for the parents she lost in a car crash. She cannot believe that her brother sold their ancestral home to a hotel chain. And plans to cling on to her Dower House at all costs. She bakes wedding cakes for a living but has sworn off love and marriage after a bad break up. Not to mention the shock she had after her parents’ death. Bronte Ludlow is suffering deep pain and sorrow, and passionately hates Nico Ferranti, the rich guy who bought her ancestral home.

Nico is visiting Ludlow Hall for a few days and vows to tame the dragon and have the Dower House at all cost. But he hasn’t bargained on falling in love. As his attraction for Bronte deepens, her brother suffers a near fatal accident in Italy. Bronte and Nico fly out to Rome and spend some idyllic time in the old city.

Nico Ferranti has some deep wounds and some painful secrets. Bronte refuses to accept his reasons to shun his family and this leads to a rift between the lovers. Can anything bring these two stubborn individuals together?
Reckless Nights in Rome is a full length book but is a quick read. The fast pace means you are never bored. And there is enough spice to keep the action going.

As for me, this book was hot, hot, hot, hot, hot! I unexpectedly breezed through it, Who doesn't want a dude who says "please" and murmurs sweet things like "(let's) have dinner and return later for the disco" in you ear? Lol! and Bronte, who better to handle a guy like Nico, right? This book kept me well-entertained from start to finish. I love it.
Waiting to read your reviews guys.. Cheers.

  3. I absolutely enjoyed reading the novel... Totally loved the "ask goggle" phrase.... Rosie was my best character because of her down to earth and sarcastic attitude.... It's a witty and whimsical read and I'll give it an 8/10.

  4. Mehnn! this book is the bomb. I enjoyed reading it,i enjoyed Rosie's bubbly and loyalty to Bronte. Alexander portrays the typical overprotective big brother. I love how romantic, gentle and caring Nico was to Bronte. Dont even get me started on the sex scenes,it was amazeballs.
A downside to it was the poor arrangement of the book,it was like a book written in a hurry hence the haphazard plot.
Please Cindies do you have "A stormy spring" by same author.
